Mine doesnt work, PAL original, BBA. Just gets stuck on "dialing"

You need to clear your isp settings and set it up correctly with XDP. It can be tricky to get past the dialing part, i know..

The ToyServer.txt file looks like this:

chmod -x ToyServer

When the right is to be like this:

chmod +x ToyServer

We already have a Brazilian server running (Dreamcast Brasil Toy Racer Server):

IP: 200.165.140.20

Note: In GNU/Linux 64-bit distributions, the server depends on the file ld-linux.so.2 (multilib repository):

In 64-bit distributions based on Debian, do as follows:

sudo dpkg --add-architecture i386
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install libc6:i386

petter3k, the server source code is available somewhere? I wish I could edit it under the GNU GPL or under the BSD license or MIT license!
