[fixed] PSO v2 issue (PC-DC Server Ubuntu)

Hello.

Im from Spain, so i have dreamcast blue PAL.

I made the homemade Line Voltage Inducer:

I bought a USB Modem 56kb from china in ebay, exactly this:

I have successfully connected PSO sylverant.

Problems:
When i create room and i try play solo, i have too many lag.
I got disconnects from the server randomly.

Now, i try new method, i remove the 2 x batteries 9v and i put a adapter 220v to 18v, and same, lag-disconnect randomly.

Anyone can explain me to fix these problems? thanks you

PD: Sorry for my english.

When I first started using PC-DC server on windows 98 SE I had a lot of lag. Now I use DreamPi or my BBA. When I set my DreamPi I used cheap phone cords and I had a lot of lag. If you have a low quality phone cord try using a better one. If you are Using windows 98 as the title suggest, then that could be your problem. My DreamPi works awesome sense I started using a high quality cable.

If you are using a Windows 98 pc-dc server, I would recommend that you try using a linux pc-dc server instead. I have not heard of lag issues on linux pc-dc server. I think the easiest way to go is a DreamPi. If you are already using DreamPi then IDK.

Yup me too, Windows 98 just doesn't work as well for some reason. I have heard of many people say that they experience lag using Windows 98. Linux is the best way. he might even be able to use the same equipment for the build, or he can get a Dreampi.
