I have win 7 and all I had to do is set it to direct 3d for my vid card.

Pc specs: Any pile of crap pc can run it lol

I have it loaded on multiple PC's in the house. It is the ONLY PC game I play...rarely.I greatly prefer playing games on a game console.

Hey, if you want a dreamcast feel ... just set the dreamcast in front of your pc

Honestly though ... A server can be setup password protected if you don't want hackers to join in. I know you prefer the console for that reason and I don't blame you.
