I think it would be best to make an ISO with a ton of custom tracks added to it that work. A guy over at Assembler was working on recreating 4X4 Evo 2 and porting it over to the DC using the files from the 2nd game put into the first. I have a modded version of this game if anybody is interested that a Russian guy made.
https://mega.nz/#!iE1lSQZI!r59iA5JqU1FJ ... ycj4cgS21ENot many people even have this modded version of the game. I remember the Russian guy worked on a map convertor tool as well too.
https://assemblergames.com/threads/4x4- ... ost-832777I posted a link to it there but unfortunately it has been taken down since I made that post back in 2015.
Anyways, the guy that was working on making a port of 4X4 Evo 2 was the guy who got the PSP 4X4 game ported to DC by using the devkits from the legit devkits the original developers of 4X4 Evo used. Been ages since I spoke to the guy though, really hope he doesn't abandon that project to port Evo 2 to DC.
I might like to start modding this game eventually myself but I am way too busy working on historical Battlefield 2 total conversion mods.
