so, last week i tried some online play with nba 2k2 but we've always got the message "user did not respond" and we didn't play, and today it was the same. i do assume there are some problems with the server?

it was posted on the chat list but thought about posting on here so it will maybe get more visibility...

Do you both have Dmz set up properly?

i'm available tonight or sometime this weekend to test it if you guys need to

yep, keep in mind i played it two weeks ago with no problems at all...

So i tried playing with 247 yesterday and today same problems.

My router is dmzed.

I also got this message today shor after establishing connection:

we have changed the isp dial up info stored in your dreamcast...Hit yes or no

What is that?

Just tested the server with Shu and it's working fine. Challenging players is P2P so the issue will always be on the user-side. You'll get the "Player didn't respond" error if the other user doesn't have DMZ or port forwarding set up properly.
