Hello! need help.
I had the vm installed on my computer, with the dreampi iso, and it worked correctly.
I recently needed to format my pc. After reinstalling windows, vm, and using the backup that I had made from iso, I have received the following error when trying to connect the dc online.

The two lights on the modem come on, when trying to connect to a game it enters, I can play normally, but connection drops when I try to recognize my user on dreamcast now, or access the dreampipe website. follows a print of the information that appears in the vm.

I use the old 32 bit Ubuntu so that this image can run on slower computers
I tested a lot of serial modems, it worked just a few, so it makes no sense to make an image for which you need to select modems, it's easier to use 100% tested modems

thanks so much for the help again lol. you gave me a north. I will continue to reinstall each of the components that I had on windows before formatting, and I will test it. If I succeed in this, I report here, as it may be the solution for several cases like this.
