Set up BBA via Unreal Tournament - can't get onto PSO

Hi all,

I'm a PSO fan since I first played it in 2001.

Desperate to get back online.

I had a Pi but it stopped working so I have treated myself to a BBA. But can I get it working? Nope.

I have tried this route.

Load up Codebreaker - load up Unreal Tournament (Ntsc) and set my network settings as pictured - boot up the Sylverant PSO patch - load up PSO v2.

Then I get an error message saying BBA not set up.

I also tried the above with PAL Quake III but its also stating there is no connection.

Any ideas?

I strongly recommend using either Quake 3 or XDP Final Edition (Expanded) along with Dreamcast Live video guide. XDP is my #1 choice but Q3 is my emergency go-to.

Tried it. The game loads up, goes onto the VMU message screen with the countdown and then the game cuts off and the DC homescreen is displayed.

Annoyed!

Anyone got a spare copy of the XDP browser? I have no CD burner.

If your dealing with Dreamcast a $15 dvd usb burner will be your best friend..

Use Ives PSO EP v2 CD, The US version has a BBA tool that configures it for UDP. It auto loads when you go to the in game browser with a BBA. No need to disc swap. Region free. Bug fixes and widescreen patch.
