I thought I'd update this thread rather than starting a new one. DreamPi 1.1 is now released and this contains the Dreamcast Now! online service. More information here: http://blog.kazade.co.uk/2016/01/dreamp ... eased.html

You can use a phone line simulator such as the Viking DLE-200B to provide the voltage. That's what I'm doing. They can be a bit hard to find but it circumvents the need for soldering experience. Just search eBay for "phone line simulator" and you'll see quite a few results. I'd imagine just about any of them would provide the necessary voltage.

It's a lot simpler than it seems. I've never assembled one yet, but I know if I had the parts in front of me it'd take two minutes. Don't be intimidated, here's a proper diagram that I made. The guides and pictures of it look intimidating, but it's really simple. You don't even need to look at a guide just use the diagram. I think you can even use tape. PC, that'd be a good tutorial idea for you

I'm trying to build a voltage inducter but I can´t find a 450 ohm or 390 ohm resistor. Is there a value range that works?

Thanks
