It would but only if the app was made for Android. DreamPi runs on Linux since Raspberry Pi is running on Linux as far as I know, this clone is Android OS all the way, so somebody would need to rewrite the DC-PC server for that OS and fully automate the process like it is on the DreamPi. Unless there is a Linux distro for it it might be a little hard but I don't see any hardware limitations. It should absolutely work provided DC-PC was made for it.
You know, on second thoughts, this ,might be way more compact too since it doesn't have Video and Audio out built in and you need to use a module off the 13 pin to get output, so it is able to be much more compact.
Please please please I can't stress this enough. Don't get ORANGE PI.
I've bought to last year and had THE WORST TIME getting those thing to even show on a HDMI screen. It is NOT well documented, especially if the board is sorta new. Some of these board get released and lack driver for some of their perherial.
some emulators i found and some i compiled together to work with gdemu. most i found didnt work and needed to be put in cdi format also added a sega...
