You could make your own neogeo cd version with neo4all works perfect cd music sound. I just made a selfboot mds of it but it's 600meg

Thanks so much , would this file be extracted to a cdI image that be burned be using disc juggler to be used in NTSC consoles ?

yes it should work on ntsc. its a translated one. it works for me but i have it region patched just incase and am using it with GDEMU. i didnt try it without the region patch but the file does work.
