Dreamcast Loading in icons for webbrowser 2.0

Hey yall!

I noticed in webbrowser 2.0 that when I press start to enter the main menu (Where you can connect/sign up for seganet/etc) that it pauses for a little less then a sec, loads an icon, pauses for a little less than a sec, loads an icon, until it's done loading everything. Is this normal?

Just making sure nothing's wrong!

Just realized my mistake! Let me clarify a bit more. When you put the disc in, and press start to head to the main screen, the Dreamcast loads in the icons for the selections very slowly. My mistake, sorry!
