GDEMU Twinkle Star Sprites Issue?

Hi all. This is my first post here.

Is there a known issue with Twinkle Star Sprites on the GDEMU on a US dreamcast?

It's like its v-hold is off. So it's constantly scrolling. I'm not using VGA.

i have the translated version, works great
