Patching Dreamcast Games

Hi all,
Apologies for the noob question, but I have always been shit at patching any console games, and have run into the same issues with my Dreamcast now I have a few games I want to RGB/PAL patch...

What is the best program to use to apply a .PPF patch to a game, and is there a guide or tutorial on which file to select to apply the patch to, etc?

I have a handful of NTSC-U / NTSC-J releases I want to patch for RGB, and I cannot for the life of me work out how to do it!

PPF-O-Matic

Largely used for PS1 but yeh I've seen and done with this on.. The Ring VGA patched, but it had to be specific the DCRes CDI only wouldn't let me use any others
