New type of PSU or??

Hi!

Recently I've seen a new type of Dreamcast PSUs popping up on Ebay and AliExpress.

Does anyone have any more information about them? They seem new but perhaps they are just old recapped and modified PSUs. Before I buy them I would like to reach out to the community.

They are new. That board looks different compared to the original. Cant say if they work good or not though.
