i just saw it was made with sega toys and i remember that mr sega seed that sega toys are working with lepfrog

you got that right but look at the date the youtube vid came on! 2009 pretty early since were in Q2 of 2011

SEGA TOYS had a deal with LeapFrog to license thier products in Japan during the mid 2000s. You can read about it and look at the Leapfrog properties in my KIDSPAD topic.

It's called a GIF. If you want something like a moving avatar just give me a name like uh...darth vader GIF. on google images and full size the pic and i'll give you a link and i'll tell you how to make it your avatar if you need help

look on google images for a gif. and find a GIF. you like
