It's a claw machine.

"amusement machines and apparatus for use in amusement parks (other than arcade video game machines); arcade video game machines; electronic circuits, magnetic tapes and disks, optical disks, ROM cartridges and other recording media containing game programs for use with arcade video game machines; arcade video game machines other than those adapted for use with an external display, screen or monitor; electronic circuits, magnetic tapes and disk…"

The new trademark sounds like SEGA's anwser to Sony's official "Playstation". Which has a simluar trademark description.

No Snarky, its a multimedia commerece trademark not a "UFO Claw Machine Only" mark.

Dan Kuso is on to something.

Let's make it interesting. If I'm right in the next year, you stop posting. If you're right, I stop posting.

Are you a gambling man, MrSega? :o

BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH ETC ETC ETC ETC

Ah gee Dan looks like you are Danny McFAIL today, doesn't it?

Lets compare this trademark with the one for DreamCast

http://www.trademarkia.com/dreamcast-77253368.html

Quote: home video game machines for use with televisions; player-operated electronic controllers for electronic video game machines; video game interactive controller, namely, hand held pads, and floor pads or mats; joysticks for video games; computer cursor control devices, namely, computer mouse; flash memory cards; video game software, computer game programs"

That 'Orbi' trademark you posted has everything else in it, except the magic words "home video game machines for use with televisions" that would point to it being console related.

Likely this is an arcade related development, or like Comrade already said, some kind of claw/crane game.

On a related note I look forward to drinking my 'Orbi' branded milk beverage and eating my 'Orbi' branded breakfast cereal in the morning while reading/laughing at your feeble, failed attempts at showing me up.

Danny McFAIL - 0

@Snarky. I read the full description of the trademark. There are 14 different ICs which contains descriptions up to 3 pages long. Plus, there are a total of 4 mark logos. Instead of one & 2.

Not a gambling man then? Damn. I am, that's why I'll put my dollar in the Orbi and try to get a stuffed elephant.

I usually drop a dollar or two into UFO Catchers if I'm with a girl. Then I blind her with my skills, and she's like "oh damn, this is a stuffed animal" and the panties drop.
