Sonic 2/3&K Playable on DC?

I know of people using the smash pack emulator to run genesis roms, and Sonic 1 is playable on Smash Pack, so I was wondering, is there any cdi or way to run Sonic 2 or 3&Knuckles on DC?

Not sure the dreamcast emulators manage the bank switching.

Not a direct cdi but there are many emulators that runs genesis games.

Gens4all was the most updated one maybe.

I'm sure there are rom collections available out there to usew with them
