as far as i know, planetweb 3.0 has the latest revisions for Java, SSL, Flash, and a few other things
i'm not sure if it has the best 'performance', because planetweb 3.0 is really crashy and unreliable even using a GD-ROM
XDP is english translated Dream Passport 3, but there was a later version called "Dream Passport Premier" which is supposed to be better and included a built-in Genesis\Mega Drive and PC Engine emulator that Sega digitially distributed ROMs similar to Steam. servers for this service are obviously defunct these days
but between Dream Key, Dream Passport, and Planetweb, they all have their tradeoffs. Passport seems to support more, but planetweb looks better in terms of how it renders the HTML page
documentation for the browsers is kind of spotty and scattered around the surface net and web archive. you really have to go info mining to learn anything
so by game streaming, you meant web games like flash\java games? or full on binary streaming an execution (which i have no idea how you'd do that)?
