here is side by side video as promissed sh4 asm core in dreamneo vs fast c core

my timing sync code slowed both down on real hardware so i know now i have to make the sound not work on nulldc to be fast on hardware crap well i know now.. dreamcast is a lot slower doing sound then nulldc and i have the timming set for nulldc lol

3.3 will work but it does not allow any changes Uni bios is not free anyways

It's just as illegal as the normal bios to use.. still has copyright snk code in it..
