Or can you put cheats on kofxi.gdi such as 1st player infinite health

I don't have computer I only have android so thats why I need a kofxi.gdi that has already kofxi.scram on track 3 on it. I don't need step by step please I'm begging you

Someone can give me a kofxi.gdi that has a system menu or debug menu on it so I can change it's level by myself. Please .Zip,.rar,. Or 7z

does not exist.
Dreamcast should have 2 extra buttons to have the option to enter service mode.
if a developer creates inputs test mode service mode coin button third player, this is almost all possible, the dreamcast would become a real arcade.

I already put scram on my kofxi but insert coin and my buttons doesn't work I can't put a coin what the hell
