I found the setting for the 2 .ROM files :)
These are audio files, in PCM Signed 16 bits, little endian, mono at 22050 Hz ;)

For Menus -> file SELECT.ROM containing Title
For Post-Race Time Tables - Credits -> HIGHSCORE.ROM containing Credits

Well, impossible to hack the .GDI of the US version :(
I'm going to have to find an already hacked version.

Edit : Difficult to find a cracked version of this game ...
I only found that of Echelon

Well unfortunately it does not work :(
There is no music during the game.
This game is well protected and from what is said by Echelon in his nfo, I quote :
This game had a total of 4 copy protections. It's the first serious attempt at protecting a game - UFC, which Kalisto cracked, was hardly serious :). It took several crackers and about 2 weeks for us to finally get this done. We've learned a lot from this.
