For DCMC it's vram and the slow ass dreamcast ACIA sound chip

video is all Hardware gpu opengl which is hella fast but 352x240 we max out vram sending the stream.. sound hardware is so slow i have to sync it 4 to 8x slower then video

try doing that math it do your head it making code sync when the video is up to 3 to 4 mins a head of the decoded sound stream..

Oh as far as i know ...dvd movies have 5.1 option and 2 stereo output wich will require less bandwith .BUT i am thinking even that 2 stereo quality lags the audio ic.have u try to downsample ?....iam sure u have tried that

In the next update can you please update all the internet radio streaming URL's with current ones?
I noticed they are all "http/" but not "http:" what one is correct?

So AVI format in 320x240 would work good ?

320x240 Movies works good with very low bitrate , Divx 400bits 22/64 stereo Works with synced sound through whole movies.

Yes with a bitrate at 500 at most including video and sound

xilisoft converter only just like dcmc

I tried to convert with Xilosoft but it seems the problem is in the process of downloading the video,

I converted all these from youtube videos with it working on dcmc
