TMNT Cowabunga Collection for the Sega Dreamcast?

Hey all,

If like me you're waiting for the TMNT Cowabunga Collection to be released, I've taken a look at the games that appear on the collection and visit the games for the Sega Dreamcast and ask myself, could this happen?

Well I've made an attempt to at least ask the question to the people that could make it happen

yes its already been done my friend. I have the file only game that is missing is tmnt turtles in time running on mame4all if someone can do this then it will be completed
