Dreamcast VA1 and VA2 without image, resetting and using VA0 control board.

1-This is to test if the fan, even when working, the Dreamcast has no image.
2-Removed IC601 Dreamcast will turn on normally.
3- with ic601 removed from the board, you can use the VA0 control board and use any fan.
