isn't there a way to make the touhou bullet hell games run on the dc?

Yes and no.
yes, the PC ENGINE games can run through PCECAST
no, the newer games can't, because the source code is not available, and without it you can't port the game

Just a side question, but the Turbo GFX 16 Emulator I have is the PCE basicaly right?
Anywho, I can NEVER get the sound to work on the games, like ever, and I can't remember what version I got, or where from, but its got like 222 games on it, and I think it might be from Snesorama. Anybody know what's wrong with it? Aren't these roms supposed to have sound on them?

Turbografx = pc engine
On a side note, i've made a mistake. The first 6 (methinks are 6) games are for the PC-9801 not the PC-ENGINE. BUT FEAR NOT, MY YOUNG PADAWAN, there's a pc-9801 emulator for dreamcast
it's called NEKO PROJECT II... the problem is that all documentation is in plain japanese...will try to get it to work tho.

Forgot about this thread. I've made the compilation with the first 5 (yes, there are 5) touhou games for PC-9801. The emulator is WAY TOO GREEN in order to even start emulating those games...
(in case you're still wondering, no, they do NOT FUCKING WORK)

Seriously tho, there are lots of bullet hell games on dreamcast... RADIRGY in hard mode is almost unplayable due the ammount of bullets in screen
