The only way for Sega to release the rights for GD Rom is to pay them a lot.

Its time to move forward and try to make dvd/GD rom and selling via kickstarter.

Update: Wilson and Phenom are almost done with a new build of the game and I will be getting a look at it.

I am not sure if the team wants the build public or if they plan on doing a video for it (they most likely will but don't hold me to that as I am only the investor), but I won't be posting the build or a video of it unless Wilson or Phenom oks it. I may make another reply with my general opinion after I play it.

I need it to post an article at my site and group.

What it going to be like? Arena based like Quake3 & UT or walkthroughs based like Half-Life?
Will multi-player mode have online features support?

From what I have seen and played it is a combination of Agent Under Fire(Gameplay), Pay Day 2(look and feel/aesthetics), and Half Life(Game mechanics)

As for online support and your other question, I cannot say.
