extract the neo geo cd data to a folder, add the neogeocdsdl plain files to the same folder.
use bootdreams to add cdda and target the folder that has the extracted neogeocd data and neogeocdsdl plain files.
needs to be 1 session with cdda.
i don't remember if boot dreams requires an ip.bin or not.
it might add the ip.bin automatically to the end of session.
i am working on a script to do all of this... but, the cdda stuff is taking time to figure out what the best approach will be.

hmm ive never done that or seen the option, I need to learn that shit.
Anyways I was able to do a copy/paste slap job and get metal slug 2 running.
