Amiga UAE4ALL multirelease - DCMC

This is an evolution of the rc1 set : https://www.dreamcast-talk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=51&t=13147

it use the Dreamcast Media Center, and does contain 5 UAE4ALL versions :
the original Chui rc3 & rc1, and the 3 latest custom builds made by Ian Michael, rc1, rc3 and rc3 with 2MB ram

and, of course Amiga games, more than 850 disks tested with the rc1 release
i presume a good 90% should work also with rc3, let me know

to find the emulators, just browse into 'PROGRAMS' and then into 'CD' when on the DCMC main page

--- EDIT --- LINK UPDATED
second attempt, 1.1 release :)
now real hardware users should reach to load even more games
many thanks to Ian Michael for figuring out a truncated longnames issue

there are also some bonus games inside lol

Tomorrow i need fresh air lol

curious about the result of this cool double jam-session :)

EDIT
Ian, do you think that would be possible to implement the center screen option also on rc1 ?
or the 2MB mod ?

Dont know if you remember but cant have file name extra long on uae4all some of these are over the limit why they dont even try to load just black screen.. really should use adf opus to compress this to true adz you get much more compression.. there is some files in here disks with no .adf or .gz at all so they cant be run..

adz all disks are 440kb compressed

Which would save a lot more :)

kick rom on 2mb version must be the one i gave it can look in the data2 folder not just on root or moonstone others will not load or play

Gz compression you used works but adz is much better works perfect on this emulator

Center screen? 2mb has screen postion 0 to 30 more center then normal release run sysinfo it's center og release is not

All very small things looking very cool had fun testing it not sure the exact file limit for file names some of these are way to long..

needs this one to work correct

Now on the custom version I will have to just rename what it looks for in the data folder so you can use old kick1.2 for the old releases

interesting thanks
i'll check again about the longname issue ++
the compression was the last thing that i have done lol, before it all the files worked normally...
strange, i'm thinking that maybe the compression goes bad for some of them

--- EDIT ---
i have checked Ian, those files loads normally on my side (Arkanoid , Barbarian II...) using the rc1 (normal or custom)
i can test only with that, maybe they simply does not run on rc3 ?
or another difference from emulators and real hardware ?
or maybe it's an issue that came out after burning the cd ?

I think it's burning the cd like you said compression should be adz

unpack this it's adz 360kb

Push 'N' Shove (1995)(Pacific)(SW-R)[AMOS].adz files are smaller then gz

Yes it should be no problem Adf opus just go to tool then batch add all games then send it lol.. should work the same on gdemu just a virtual gdrom emulator.. dreamcast dont know any change from a cdr or gdemu

Easy to use tool but somewhat clunky so just use the tool then batch change from dmz to adf then load them.. I have seen people have problems knowing how to use this tool..

It does compress the games a lot more then standard gz tool

Just so people do know press right once installing a disk only reboots it the one time.. to do it again you need to go to reset and press x to make it really reset it's a bug in all version of the emulator

For a real reset you have to hightlight it in the menu and press x not just right trigger that only works once when you first put a disk in after that fails to work..

robcod ii uc3 custom 2mb james pond II center screen postion 0 also fast better sound on this then all the other versions since i use sdl_mixer12.13 :) not the old one used in the others

in effect i'm having problems with it lol
first, i needed to install it to win7 to works, and second seems i can't grab more than 20 files at a time,
if i select more, they don't shows up in the batch change
