New versions of DCMC amiga multi launcher new xvid mmu pointer cache so videos dont crash after playing 4 times
also for mpeg2 clips included use xvid 320x240 ac3 for audio codec mp3 will not work Xilisoft converter full etc
to encode your videos

Just use bootdreams or what ever you use to make a cdi

Included HQ xvid to show example
Jpg picture work only not png
Using normal opengl now geting ready to up port it using gldc

This is for testing not final sure it has lots of problems so only try it if you feel you want help with beta testing :)

That would be a good idea problem is the api's dont work all of them on modern kos yet ether does any of these so to build them you do need a custom version .. Understand what your saying maybe one day i get to do that..

Hard for me to keep track of my self let alone the public..

I can always make a version for you that work on nulldc.. nulldc does not support mmu part of wince games that crashes it..
With this fix DCMC prolly will crash on nulldc when playing videos.. rc1 should be fine for testing.. Rc3 2mb and DULP use mmu now as well..

See the idea what I'm using MMU is catching bad writes to pointers allowing it to keep running if it overwrites or tries to the Kernel it stops it crashing on hardware..

Once i get my coders cable i can try debug this so this is not needed..

As always i will try to keep custom version of rc1 that works for you even dcmc that works for you to test.. But with out this fix DCMC will crash after playing 4 video clips talking any version including DCMC og release

Nice work Ian! Thanks for these updates! I think the DCMC is a really under appreciated homebrew.
You could use this for all kinda stuff just off the top of my head..

A movie disc, a movie along with the trailers, posters, OST, interviews, deleted scenes..
A music disc, AAC or Flaq music, Music videos, lyrics, interviews, album art..
A homebrew loader disc similar to the selfbootinducer of the past but now no rebooting..
A WinCE loader ++, Midway's Greatest Arcade Vol 1&2 plus other emulators for a midway megadisc..
A WinCE Bonus disc, Resident Evil 2 vmutool saves, music, player guides, cheats, speedrun videos...

Really a whole world of possibilities,Thanks again Ian! This will be my first experience of the Amiga :)

I hope Ph3nom returns one day...

yeah, zero throttle is ok also for play many of them

a couple of titles that run better with different values :

Bubble Bobble - T40
Cybernoid 2 -T100

Jaguar XJ220 -T60

Zero throttle is for geting past flash intro and cracks it allows many games to work that just dont with out select it at 0 throttle then change it after the game loads..

Nice fine on those as well

yup, i know about that picky loading cracks :)
just to add info, almost all the early games require the throttle set to 0 or 20 to run at best

also, the few games that can reach t100 require surely a full longplay :)

i would like to know if your latest 1MB rc3 custom build works fine also with 1.2/1.3 kickstarts ?
i.e. can you try this Rainbow Islands only freezed image ? (crude emulator + first world freezed image + kick 1.2) :

Yes image you just posted works fine for me

Thats Not the new version of rc3custom still has the large leds at the buttom and large blank out that you posted

New does not have large leds and large black bar and is faster check fps on flycast rc3.1 quite a bit faster then my older build

Running on rc3.1 custom 2mb and 1mb all kickroms work it throttle 0 to load

Not seen any change in using 2mb and 1mb other then 2mb loads games faster adds sfx and other things if the game supports..
But i have not tested 100's of games

2mb does need kos2.0 or kick1.3 to work correct

Yes perfect working games need a lets play for sure :)
