Not really it can do online if you config it correct..

Redream dev branch with wince support is now better..

Only why i used flycast as it could boot up wince games which about 70 games..

Old redream or non dev branch has no wince support..

Demul of course has wince support can boot all games ..

Flycast works pretty decently for general use, and is updated all the time, though I can't say how accurate it is compared to other emulators. You can certainly make things pretty with it, as you can increase the render resolution and even load texture replacements. Overall, it's quite good these days (For example, Project Justice no longer has that visual bug that caused the character models to flash).

The biggest benefit of flycast is certainly the ability to simulate the dial-up or BBA modems for online play, and little to no setup is required, though not every game will work.

like Demul is also a NAOMI/Atomiswave emulator, so possibly more updated/bugfixed for those titles?

it runs very good on not recent PC's too
not great for homebrews/emulators

it's improving a lot, the 1.1 was already very good
also some old emulators unlocked, nice

I wish all these different emulator teams combined forces. Then we would have the perfect emulator for dreamcast for all other hardware. Graphics, Accuracy, Online, Wince, Naomi, Atomiswave. But you know...

i'm trying the latest release atm, 1.3 :

and there are a couple of surprises inside, like some other emulators unlocked
ie the latest UAE4ALL builds from Ian Micheal

interesting also the change of default typo characters, like in the ScummDC menu
