msvcr71.dll: Is your windows 32 or 64bits?
Download: http://www.mediafire.com/file/6k8vrv1w53w6hxs/msvcr71.dll.rar/file
If it is 32bits, it would be correct to add it to the folder C: \ Windows \ System32
If it is 64bits, it would be correct to add it to the C: \ Windows \ SystWOW64 folder.

Imagine being able to release homebrew demo discs! That would be mad (and awesome).

I'll find some time to look into this, might be an interesting test to experiment with making a rare Dreamcast release of my movie - not for making money purely for the curiosity of it XD

just giving the idea so you know why it really was not used much back in the day

Hmm. Downloaded the files. I understand the video file technical specifications, but I'm not up on .CFG files, how to edit them etc. Is this something only doable on Katana or can I manipulate these from a PC?
