Hey Ian, could you change the controls to change weapons on D-pad right or left.

Its pretty lame have to hold Y + R or L for a simple thing like that.

I could change the controls yes for sure.. dpad is for movement no run the analog is super fast with run..

Trying to think how we still have movement from the dpad and do that..

Threres no need for super fast speed on the analog. You could set normal movent there. If the player needs to get fast, just push and hold "X".

This way, you will free all 4 buttons on D-pad for other things like weapon chance.

Just a sugestiin.

I just check mine for some thing demul sets the folder to read only

make sure the folder isn't set to read only I guess or the file as well?

right click on demul folder check settings

When I uncheck the read only in the properties, then apply, when I look again it still set to read only. Looks like I can't change it for some reason.

I've got two things happening to me on my side of things.

1. I've tried using the Demul (0.582) used in the video and that version is constant with the fact it shows a bba connected shown in the xdp browser. When I choose original user agent and get to the screen, down in the lower right corner it says "Bba" so I know it sees my bba. However I run into the same issue where it seems to not save my bba settings though.

2. Using newest Demul I get very strange behavior. Sometimes in the lower right corner it says 'Bba', however other times it says '???'. So I'm not sure if it is seeing a bba all the time or not. Another issue that's been popping up is I loose cursor control when I go into the original user agent. When it loads that up I can't move the cursor around and I loose button control. The only buttons that work are the L & R triggers ha! On top of that it won't save my bba settings.

Anyone out there have any good ideas to play online games through Demul or another emulator? Just so we can get this sorted out and do some Doom online testing ha!
