On a side note "if I am remembering correctly" opening TR4/TR5 PC/PSX SCRIPT.DAT in HEX and changing first instance of 0x06 to 0x0F enables ALL LEVEL SELECT & DOZY FLY DEBUG CHEAT.

There are various bug fixes available for PC, though don't know how feasible it would be to port them over to DC.
The one thing that has always bothered me about TR4 & TR5 is the absence of the iconic Holster Straps on Lara's model.
Nitpicky, I know.
PC Holster Strap Mod.
"The Times Exclusive" level would be a good starting point.
