RA: Engine Room is a psychological horror video game with puzzle mechanics that plays with your mind to delve into the reality of our protagonist, who will need to survive some catastrophic events on a tanker ship trapped in his own nightmares.

You wake up in an unknown place in engine room, without knowing what has happened, you realize that you carry with you a mysterious device (mysterious spanner) that is key to your survival. Try to escape, while you try to understand reality, taking care of yourself from entities trying to take over you, destroying your mental health to the limit.
