The people have spoken! Our first competition on Dreamcast Live will be Crazy Taxi! I have decided that we will go for highest fare. Here are the rules of the competition:

An entry will consist of a video or screenshot of you getting the high score. Since Crazy Taxi doesn't show a name on the results page I will just have to trust the score is yours. Please no cheating!

Game will be played on the Arcade map with Arcade Rules.

I will also need the following information:

DC-Talk or Goozex username

If you are not already on the Players list on the website, I will need a list of your top 3 DC games and an avatar you would like to use. This is for your player page on the site which will let you keep track of your rankings and achievements.

If you are a DC-Talk member, please post this info here; otherwise please email it to [email protected]

You may submit as many entries as you like for 7 days when the competition will close. There is a countdown timer on the website to show exactly how much time is left.

Achievements for this competition:

Crazy Money! - Earn $3,000 or more in fares
Ace Cabbie - Earn a Class A License or better
Stuffy Cab - Pick up 10 or more customers
YOU'RE CRAZY! - Earn the CRAZY License

ONLY $5,100??? That's a lot better than my score...although I'm sure you've played it much more than I have. I've only had my DC a couple years. Remember to play on the Arcade map with Arcade Rules. I'll go ahead and make you a player profile page on the site. I just need your top 3 Dreamcast games.

Nope, submit as many entries as you like within the time limit (4 days left). Only the best score will be counted though.

looking forward to posting a score this weekend, I haven't played the original CT in YEARS!! Might break out the official steering wheel again lol also looking forward to see how it looks on my 37" lcd LG tv as I've not played it on there yet since I did the setup, when I take my pic I will include something of the background or whatever so you can see its an original/legit submission. thanks

yeah, I know; I still have & $12 million AWESOME license save here, but thats from original mode so I can't use it

$12 million?!!! Do you mean 12 thousand? The Awesome License is $10,000 to $19,999. CRAZY License is $20,000 to $99,999. I don't think the game goes above $99,999.
