A GDI is available in this thread the first post. There is no CDI I think

I imagine it'll be a bit difficult to make a CDI. Even after being shrunk, the game still comes in just under 1GB so it'll need to be shrunk somehow.

downsample the .sfd
the sound files could be modded as well.
then it should fit on cd-r.
