Is ST-V to Saturn ports possible?

I see a lot of Atomiswave games getting ported to Dreamcast, can ST-V games can be ported Saturn too? Tecmo World Cup '98 is ST-V exclusive and still has problems in emulation. I would like to play TWC98 Saturn port.

Those are conversions Dreamcast and Atomiswave are the same hardward
Not sure about things with the saturn i think it has not the same bios

BIOS and physical media is the main difference between Saturn and ST-V Titan.
Not sure about RAM, but I cannot find information on any difference about it online.
