Hi. Is there anyway to revive a burned screen? Why do they become burned anyway if they are only powered by 3V or 5v max (outlet adapter).

i remember this being an issue with early hdtv big screens like my family's hitachi from around 2000 and a later model bought in 2003 or so? we got a sony in like 2007 that resolved this issue and honestly these big beastly tvs are so cheap now id just get a new one i see them on ebay for like 50 bucks all the time
