I found it thanks to Vinni who helped me, telling the sizes of pvrs areas called :

I highlighted the areas of pictures size. As you can see, the jap version is
bigger than PAL. It's because the PAL version has only one square with the main
title than the jap version and its 5 squares. For me we should keep the jap format
due to apparence effect with 5 squares, now we'll be able to size the squares
as we want.

Here in details how I understand how it would work :
you have 5 words of 4 bytes for each square :
- I don't know what the first 02 00 00 00 is for now, I didn't have look at this one...
but looks like the "name" of the pvr called
- the second one is the beginning of square in x axes in pixels
- the third the beggining of square in y axes in pixels
- the fourth is the area width in x axes in pixels
- the fiveth is the area width in y axes in pixels

The pixels are mentioned in hexadecimal format instead
a0-> 160 simply use the windows calculator in programmer mode to do a conversion.

Vous trouverez 5 isos au format gdi compatible émulateurs, et
carte ode en remplacement du gdrom dreamcast. Nous ne sommes
pas arrivé à créer un .cdi prêt à graver pour l'instant :

- Version jap sous titrée en Français avec menus retravaillés
Et voix japonaise ou anglaise au choix dans les options.
L'essentiel de notre travail a été fait sur cette version.

- 4 Versions PAL, sous titré en Français avec voix japonaise
ou anglaise au choix et patch 16/9 au choix.
Les menus sont restés tel quel dans cette version, seuls les
sous titres ont été injectés.

chaque version est dézonnée pour une meilleure compatibilité.
Les menus sont en anglais dans toutes les versions.

Pour activer les sous titres dans les versions PAL :

Utiliser la sauvegarde VMU fournie.

Ou

- Lancer la version jap
- Activer les sous titres
- Lancer une partie
- verifier que les sous titres fonctionnent
- Quitter la partie en sauvegardant
- Lancer la version PAL de votre choix avec cette sauvegarde.

Hello Fafadou, I've just finished the game and I'm really glad to have done it in French. I had already play the game about 15 years ago in English but as there was no sub at all, I almost skipped all the videos.
It's really nice to be able to understand the whole story.
