All the videos I posted are from YouTube. These are conversions of mvs and arcade games to the neogeo cd. Looking forward to dreamneo cd versions. We're all going to have a blast with our beloved dreamcast. Patience friends.

I have just checked some of these new conversions by iq_132, namely Spinmaster, Gururin and P.O.W.
Neither of these work properly with Neo4All. So, we have to hope that Ian can do his magic and that they might be fixable on the DreamNeo CD front.

We must face the facts, Ian Michael's dreamneo CD emulator has become superior to neo4all for a while now. It is more compatible and is constantly updated. No frameskip on its emulator optimized for each game. Fortunately it is still there and continues to advance the emulation on dreamcast. He has incredible experience in this field. This year will be his year and ours all. He is a very humble person who shares a lot with us. Thanks for everything Ian

Hey Ian, I just stumbled on this Metal Slug version you created for DC and man I am so hyped. I tried using the CDI link and it burns perfectly on IMGBurn without any issues. When I insert into my Dreamcast Version 1 console, it just wont read the disc. Keeps asking me to "insert disc" when its already inserted. I tried both your CDI links you have provided on this thread, OG and the ARRANGED and both dont work sadly. Ive tried burning 2X speed as well as 10x speed to just to try something different. Im sort of new to this. Anything else I need to do to get this working? I am dying to play this. Thanks.

Verbatim and maxwell is the very good cdr for burning a cdi dreamcast. Good luck. It's works for me.

have you successfully burned other discs? If not maybe it is the brand of disc you are using. I recommend Memorex or Verbatim personally.

Yes, Im using Maxell CD-R's and have burned other CDI's that have been working without issue. Of course the game I was most excited about is giving me problems. Not sure what else to do.

All images have been burned and work flawlessly, burned by 1000s of people, including myself at least 5 times per release. Try letting the DC warm up, play a game first, run an audio CD-ROM, and then load this. All these are CDDA digital audio. Not much homebrew or any other game is, but things like Sega Rally 2. So if your caps are weak in the GDROM drive, 50% or more of GDROMs are like this and getting worse, then of course they won't load; they can't read the tracks.

I doubt it has anything to do with the CDR brand I use, Imation cheap Walmart CDRs with zero problems. The only change here is your burner, your CDRs, and your Dreamcast GD-ROM state of health. Burning and playing other releases means 100% zero; the drives die and wear every time you turn them on. I have 12 Dreamcasts; only 5 of them play boot anything. Sometimes it takes 2 or 3 tries to even boot, including bought pressed indie games. The other lot only loads old CDRs and GDROMs retail, so saying it plays games I burned or this project = 100 is not even relevant. The drives get out of alignment, the laser gets weak, the caps leak, etc. Major change is 20 to 30 tracks of CD audio, so play a real audio CD-ROM first, warm it up, and try this trick. Pretty much works for failing GD-ROM caps.
I repeat, there is nothing wrong with the CDI's release. Many YouTube channels are showing it, reviewing it, and working on all of them, including mine, which you can hear the GDROM drive in the videos.

Try what i told you here or if you have sega rally 2 load and boot that first which also has cdda tracks..
