i have bought a japanese dreamcast from online. It starts on but the cd cannot be read. This is a Japan made dreamcast system and using it in India. Also need help getting online with games.

There may be other things causing it too. Check the model number on the bottom sticker. If your Dreamcast model is HKT-3000 you should be fine, but HKT-5000 and HKT-5100 can't read burned games/homebrew, and you wouldn't be able to use them without a BIOS mod. With the newer models you can only play original GD-ROM games released in Japan.
