Line voltage inducer 9v or 18v

Hi everyone, im want to start playing dreamcast online with rb pi, but i dont know what voltage i need to do a line voltage inducer. I sow some people saying that some pal dreamcast needs 18v,so im from Portugal, my dreamcast is a pal one with a modem model HKT-3030, 670-14116A
What i need?

You will need an 18v LVI. All PAL Dreamcasts use 18v unless you buy an NTSC model modem for your PAL console then in that case you could use the 9v.

PCWiz sales PAL USB Powered LVI 18v for dreamcast already ready to go if you dont want to make your own.

Yeah you'll be needing an 18v LVI.

I will be making a batch of PAL 18v USB LVI shortly after October 16. £10 + Postage from the UK

I'll keep you posted if you haven't found a solution by then
