Resetting Dreamcast Flash Memory ISO

Hi there,
Does anyone have a link to the tool that resets the internal flash memory of the DC so I can change my PSO serial?

i use the one from dc-swat. tried one from a pso site n didnt work.

Thank you so much. It worked great. ISOZONE needs to upload this as its not easy to find in google.
