Is this for serial port micro sd adapter (dreamshell) or the sd card in gdemu?

They are for DreamShell. GDEMU does not require any image modifications to run games well, whereas the serial port is too slow to handle many games.

It just plugs in the serial port, no mod required but you will need to run a boot list (DreamShell) so make sure you can play cd-rs.

Yup. That's what I have. The cd has dreamshell on it to allow you to load games off of the ad adapter that plugs into your serial port on the dreamcast.

Nice I will get that soon , it's alot better have ugly CD R copies of games.
