Sega Official Mega Drive emulator

A few years back, the Dreamcast junkyard did a spread on an unearthed official and unreleased Mega Drive emulator. The emu was given a cdi release (unofficially) but the cdi doesn’t seem to work. I’m using a Beharbros Akuma hdmi adapter and am wondering if the VGA output is the reason it doesn’t work. Does anyone have any experience with this?

I tried it but really not worth anyone's time, felt like no better maybe even worse than the durn Smash Pack emulator, may as well be the same but different name

If you want to play Genesis on DC, use gens4all! It is the best emulator!

All the emulators' naming quite confuses me embarrassingly ={

I know there is DCRes pack, one is double disc and one is a single one and I always pop them in to refresh memory

One goes by Obsidian er something? And the other is like almost no better than the dreaded Smash Pack one definitely same in "the sound department"

Such a shame how Dreamcast barely delivers just passable emulation results across the 4th-gen but when comes to PS1 it is dagnab spectacular all time!

Planning to release it, or is it something you are still working on? I'd be curious to see it, such a shame the genesis emus on DC were always lacking. These days you can emulate a genesis on a toaster, but i'd love to see genesis games one day running well on a DC.

I would love to gt a copy of it please? I would respect your wishes and not release it. But I must ask what is the reason for this? I was just about to post my version of Gens4all I uploaded to my mega account that Ripfire did based on Chui's emu. It was a bit cumbersome with the controls but it worked well.

Really wanted to see the script again ah and all rom needs referencing in a ROMS.LST file? For that unearthed official emulator

Trying my hand @ the other emulator.. eventually as generating CDI is absurdly tough as nails for me!

EDIT: ooo! Found somethin still stashed on me end! mdemu_discmaker extracted still would have liked the other DL don't see readme here
