I tried to burn a copy of this but it didn't work and I'm all out of (good) CDRs. Maybe next time.

Is Toy Racer the only game being played tonight? I have a North American Dreamcast. I don't know if I can play? should I burn a copy. If so where could i find the best ISO?

That's the game on tap. :) You can play on a NA Dreamcast. You can grab a CDI from here.
