Update i now have a themeable mod menu working. Still working on cdda seems it was the wait cd check because i had to remove that to get the modmenu to work..

Maybe an update release nextweek

it's working on next release i have it working now.. never did before..

Updated mod is here https://github.com/Nekrofage/QuakeModPiPrydon has all thats in the youtube video and more. this game was developed for dreamcast it's one of the best mods ever made town music is cool as well and works..

Can get ingame it seems to look like a normal quake map it's changed but it is 3rd person

Well i have cd audio now working in SDL and i can port this code to radquake. 16 years i have never got SDL and the dreamcast port of it to run cd audio.. Even Neogeo CD emulator had kos replacement code

Here is the demo it plays cdaudio quake 1 soundtrack 1 I need to know if it works on real hardware it does on nulldc..
This is not radquake just a cd audio play example i wrote. Only displays a screen saying found cd playing

I have to use mds format for cd audio
This has 2 tracks of the quake soundtrack 2 songs and it plays each for 1 min.

Tested it on Dreamcast, CDDA work.

Yes going to take a bit to rewrite the cd audio code to match my example. it sure is a ray of hope for me. I have ported this example to a few sdl games i have ported and it works great. removing the load of playing mp3's or oggs or wav files..

So say something like the opensrc zelda games. remove all the midi ogg music replace with cdda music to remove memory problems. I have plans for cdda music in a lot of projects. seeing now that sdl works with cd is good..

Thanks :) 535am i have ported the sdl audio example over to radquake.. cd audio now working.. Next problem geting ti to play the tracks in the right order..

Yeah i got the darn thing working..
