GDIs are the whole dump unmolested untouched. CDIs are manipulated to fit onto the standard CD-R

Huh should be a cdi no multi tracks like that are you unpacking the zip should have one file just a cdi to burn.

My guess is that your modem has a fault if it doesn't dial up on windows CE games, I had that issue before and swapped the modem to a known working...
