I Had try to find if my Dreamcast is VA0 or VA1/2, but still not understand.

One easy way to tell is to open the case up, and look at the motherboard:

Only early NTSC-U and NTSC-J machines are VA0, according to http://sega.wikia.com/wiki/File:Dreamca ... nLogic.jpg

I'm shit @ knowing internals but that sticker def seems to tell revision 1 unit! The 1 next to PAL
