this is only 30fps webcam runs perfect on demul

Dev info
Now the bin size is down to 646kb from 780kb
SDL sound is now a new lib and it only has sound nothing else this will be for old and new kos
Main loop optimized for speed and functions
Pvr dma now 512x256 not 512x512
Sound now in sync makes other sound effects work for the first time

Thank you dreamcast forever I'm happy with the progress this last week Post some my dev fast videos demul always runs homebrew slower then other emulators so it's a joy to be now fast enff that it runs perfect on it

Better test then the others like redream or nulldc or reicast all have instant dma which the dreamcast does not have..

Demul does not have that.. so speed on hardware should only be a little slower but not much..
